Resident Hall Association

Mission Statement: Our mission is to serve as the voice and advocate for students living in the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa Residence Hall Community. Residence Hall Association (RHA) represents these students of the residence halls and apartments, connecting them to the larger campus and local community. We foster a sense of belonging amongst residents by creating an inclusive atmosphere with social, educational, and cultural countenance towards care, and formulate an environment of safety and ‘ohana. By providing opportunities for leadership, we strive to help residents enjoy their experience as part of the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa ‘ohana.

Values: In order to maintain our mission and our advocacy roles, there are 5 values in which we follow and use to inspire other resident leaders of Mānoa to abide by which are: Alaka’i (Leadership), Kokua (Advocacy and Care), Aloha (Love and Compassion), Lokahi (Teamwork) and Hau’oli (Happiness, Joy and Fun).

General Meetings:
RHA General Meetings occur Wednesdays at 7:00pm in the Hale Aloha Ilima Conference Room on the 2nd floor, all residents are welcome.
No meetings during holidays or during scheduled breaks.
