Library Treasures Scholarship Project Presentations

Winners of the Library Treasures Summer 2025 Scholarships will showcase their completed works on Friday, September 5th, between 11:00am and 1:00pm.

Three History graduate students will be among the six presenters: Ruizhi Choo (“Scourges & Sinews of Empire: Insect, Imperialism & Knowledge Production in British Malaya”), Veronica Alporha (“Imperial Anxiety and Sentiment in the Hawaiian Sugar Plantation Archives”), and Terri-Lee Bixby (“Tahitian Texts: 18th-19th Century Print Culture and its Impacts in Tahiti”).

Attend and celebrate their achievements, either in person at Hamilton Library Room 306 or via Zoom (Meeting ID 899 4580 0501; Passcode 208828). Refreshments will be served.
