University Housing

The University of Hawaii at Manoa provides two types of housing

  • Conference Housing (owned and operated by the UH Manoa Conference Housing, offers rooms on our site on the first floor of Frear Hall.)
  • Lincoln Hall (owned and operated by the East-West Center)

The reservation is available from December 30, 2024, through January 7, 2025. 

The Hawaii Accounting Research Conference (HARC) has negotiated a limited number of rooms and apartments on campus at Lincoln Hall:

Information about the cost and how to reserve rooms at the conference rate will be announced later.


Check-in Instructions:

  1. To get to Lincoln Hall (1821 East-West Road), you may either catch a taxi or door to door airport shuttle.
  2. You will need to present your ID at check-in and pay for entire cost of your stay by cash, a major credit card (except American Express), and/or travelers checks.
  3. Lincoln Hall Front Desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.
  4. If the Front Desk is closed, please go to Hale Manoa dormitory (less than a block south of Lincoln Hall in the same street: 1711 East-West Rd) to check-in. You will receive the room key there .
  5. To enter Lincoln Hall after 8:00 p.m., please enter through the side glass doors using your room key.
  6. You must have a parking pass to park at the University. If you have requested parking passes, you will be able to collect them at registration desk. Parking passes are zoned. The university provided us parking pass for Zones 2 and 3. Please see the map for parking zones.
