- Family & Friends: Free, 90-minute or four-hour seminar informing people who have loved ones with a mental health condition and how to best support them.

- Family-to-Family: Free, 8-12 session educational program for family or friends of a loved one with a mental health condition. Sessions are taught by a NAMI-trained family member and includes presentations, discussions, and interactive exercises.

- Family Support Group: Free, online support groups for caregivers of a loved one with mental heath conditions.
- Connection Recovery Support Group: Free, safe, and confidential support groups for people living in recovery from mental health conditions.

- Peer-to-Peer: 8 free online educational sessions for adults with mental health conditions. Sessions are taught by a trained leader with lived experience.
