Garret Matsunami is the President of Castle & Cooke Hawaiʻi, stepping into the role in March 2025. He joined the company in 2003 and rose through the ranks, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Much of his career has focused on large-scale residential planning and development work in Hawaiʻi, including major master-planned community efforts, along with the coordination of teams across engineering, construction, and project delivery.
Kapi’olani Street is a Manager of Engineering and Site Development at Castle & Cooke Hawaiʻi, Inc. A licensed Professional Engineer, she has been with the company since 2021, initially joining as a project engineer where she was responsible for managing civil design consultants and contributing to the planning of the Koa Ridge master-planned community. Before her time at Castle & Cooke, she spent several years as a project engineer at The Limtiaco Consulting Group, focusing on civil and sanitary engineering projects.
