Jensen Uyeda and Dr. Lauren Tamamoto collaborated on a joint crop production and culinary innovation project for the second annual variety showcase on Oahu on November 25, 2020. Jensen provided won bok produce, which Dr. Tamamoto turned into shelf-stable instant kimchi soup.
