Congratulations to the 2025 Hawai’i Video Cooking Contest winners! The contest is sponsored by the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resilience‘s Hawai’i 4-H and GET Local programs.
The contest is open to any student who lives in the State of Hawai’i in grade or is connected to the Hawai’i-supported OCONUS 4-H sites.
Participants must be in grades 5-12 and are not required to be a member of Hawai’i 4-H.
Entries consist of a 5-7 minute video showing the compilation of a healthy recipe, demonstrating safe food handling and cooking techniques, including nutritional information, presentation and speaking skills, and a photograph. The recipe must feature a local commodity (grown or raised locally).
