To give back on Earth Day the 4-H Mongoose Club organized a Beach Clean Up at the Waihe’e Coastal Dunes Reserve. Participants were encouraged to wear sunscreen and protective clothing, hat, and/or sunglasses; bring a reusable water bottle, and download the app “Clean Swell.” This app allowed the group to track how much trash they collected. It was a great turn out and a great day!
