Semester Permits for Employees

Semester automobile and moped/motorcycle permits allow employees to park in a designated zone on campus and are subject to availability. Employees interested in obtaining a semester permit should contact their Department Parking Coordinator to find out which zone(s) permits are currently available in. HR Representatives are available to assist employees that are unsure who their Department Parking Coordinator is.

Semester Permits are valid from the purchase date through the end of the semester (dates vary by academic year). An employee that purchases a semester parking permit mid-semester will pay a prorated amount based on the number of weeks remaining in the semester. Similarly, an employee that separates from the University will receive a prorated refund based on the week the permit cancellation form is completed and the physical permit is returned to Commuter Services.

The Fall 2024 Semester permit is valid August 19, 2024 – December 31, 2024
The Spring 2025 Semester permit will be valid January 1, 2025 – May 11, 2025

Employees interested in obtaining a parking permit that does not expire and does not need to be exchanged should consider a payroll deduction permit pending eligibility requirements.
