
Rachel Bardin is a director and cinematographer. Before joining SCA, Rachel was an Assistant Professor at LSU. She has taught classes in cinematography, lighting, audio, film history, aesthetics, and comprehensive film production. Her films focus on the intersection of environmental and social issues. Her current project, COQUINA, is about the struggles surrounding public history and tourism in “the nation’s oldest city”, St. Augustine, Florida. In her free time, she surfs, plays soccer, and goes on hikes with her partner and their dog.
