Brett Service is an academic advisor and lecturer in the School of Cinematic Arts at University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. He received his MA from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts. He previously worked as Curator of the Warner Bros. Archives where he oversaw and facilitated access to the corporate paper records of Warner Bros. Pictures, Inc. and its motion picture subsidiaries. As a lecturer at UH Mānoa, he has taught courses in the School of Cinematic Arts on Documentary Studies, the Hollywood Studio System, and Popular Music on Film & Television.
