Eligibility and Program
Requirements
 
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Min. 3.0 GPA
  • Degree in STEM
  • 18 years or older
  • 1–5 years of college degree funding
  • Complete internship
  • Accept DoD employment (one year of employment at PHNSY & IMF for every year funded by SMART)
  • Attain and maintain security clearance
