MANAGEMENT Objective 1: Students are able to explain the four functions of management: planning, organizing, leading, controlling [Assessed in BUS 315]

                                    2= Accurately analyzes a business using all four functions

MANAGEMENT Objective 2: Students are able to analyze and apply results on a personality/ self assessment instrument to future career options [Assessed in BUS 315]

1= Accurately analyzes results and explain how result might be utilized

2 = Accurately analyzes results and utilizes them to analyze career options
