MANAGEMENT Objective 1: Students are able to explain the four functions of management: planning, organizing, leading, controlling [Assessed in BUS 315]

Rubrics:                  0= Not able to explain all four functions

                                    1= Accurately explains all four functions

                                    2= Accurately analyzes a business using all four functions

MANAGEMENT Objective 2: Students are able to analyze and apply results on a personality/ self assessment instrument to future career options [Assessed in BUS 315]

Rubrics:                  0=Not able to analyze results

1= Accurately analyzes results and explain how result might be utilized

2 = Accurately analyzes results and utilizes them to analyze career options

MANAGEMENT Objective 3: Students are able to analyze a company using concepts from: management, marketing, finance, accounting and information technology [Assessed in BUS 345]

                                    1=Able to use concepts from each area in analysis

                                    2-Able to integrate concepts from all areas in analysis

MANAGEMENT Objective 4:  Students are able to make recommendations for improving a company’s performance, based on analysis [Assessed in BUS 345]
