With an advising ratio of ca. 2200 students to one full-time advisor, PAC has not had time to engage in any assessment this past year. We have made progress as follows:

1) OAVCUE approved purchase of a printer/scanner so that PAC can gather students' academic plans and attach copies of their plans to their academic records, for use in assessment. PAC has now purchased and installed the printer/scanner.

2) OAVCUE has approved hiring a Graduate Assistant to help with compiling usage statistics and assessment data. I am in the process of drafting the job description.
