11) What was learned from the results?
Our efforts to improve accessibility, awareness of student problems, and responsiveness showed a 12% improvement in accessibility rating, a 21% improvement in awareness of student problems rating, and an 11% improvement in responsiveness rating. We will continue to strive to further improve these ratings.

We will use these results to continue to refine our efforts in providing service and support of JABSOM students.

Assessment procedures are external to JABSOM. Would like greater granularity in these broad topic areas.

Survey is voluntary. The participation rate of our graduates was 87% and well exceeded the national rate of participation for all medical schools.
