Accessibility: 73% were satisfied, 21% were neutral, 6% were dissatisfied

Awareness: 64% were satisfied, 21% were neutral, 15% were dissatisfied

Resposiveness: 64% were satisfied, 23% were neutral, 13% were dissatisfied

10) What was learned from the results?

Majority of students were satisfied but additional effort needs to be put forward to improve in these areas.

The Office of Student Affairs has implemented several improvements which are aimed at improving these program outcomes.

12) Reflect on the assessment process. Is there anything related to assessment procedures your program would do differently next time? What went well?

No changes required in the assessment procedures as they are quite objective. It would be useful to be able to get deeper into the specifics with respect to particular issues which resulted in the less satisfied responses.

13) Other important information

A new Director for OSA came on board in November, 2010; a new finacial aid and scholarship co-ordinator came on board in February. An additional resource to act as the deputy director is being brought on this year.
