4) For the period June 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011: State the assessment question(s) and/or assessment goals. Include the student outcomes that were targeted, if applicable.

N.A.: As stated in the 2010 report, although PAC has identified its mission, vision, values, goals/objectives, and student outcomes, as well as developed an activity map, the implementation of and timeline for assessment depend on staffing and available time. There have been no changes in staffing or available time and consequently also no progress in assessment. For 2010-2011, PAC selected no questions or goals and targeted no outcomes.

5) State the type(s) of evidence gathered to answer the assessment question and/or meet the assessment goals that were given in Question 4.

N.A.: PAC collects only the basics -- tallies and satisfaction surveys for our administrative reports, but that information does not pertain to assessing student outcomes.

6) State how many persons submitted evidence that was evaluated. If applicable, please include the sampling technique used.

12) Reflect on the assessment process. Is there anything related to assessment procedures your program would do differently next time? What went well?

I would very much like to assess PAC’s services, but that does not seem feasible in the near future. If I could do something differently, it would be to hire an APT or GA to manage data for PAC -- usage tallies, satisfaction surveys, assessment of services, population tracking, distribution lists, student files, etc.

13) Other important information
