Assessment Goals: The undergraduate Office of Student Academic Services (OSAS) assists students in the development of meaningful academic plans based on students' abilities, interests, and values.

Outcomes: Program - Individual and group student engagement. Student -Able to identify admission requirements, develop individual academic plans.

1. Student evaluations from New Student Orientation, Access to College Excellence, Mandatory Advising sessions, and Individual Advising sessions.

The OSAS undergraduate office provided both individual and group student engagement to over 1,000 pre-business students, and over 450 business students.

10) What was learned from the results?

Based on professional judgment, it appears students are becoming more familiar with the admission requirements and the method of developing individual academic plans (both electronic and hard copy).

11) State how the program used the results or plans to use the results. Please be specific.

OSAS undergraduate advisors annually review and edit the student handbook/power point presentation slides (and all publications and services) based on student evaluations received from mandatory advising sessions and senior exit surveys.
