Wellness Program

Your well-being is the foundation for success

Welcome to ARC Wellness—where your well-being comes first, and we grow together through mindful practices and meaningful connections. The Wellness Program has two prongs; activities provided by ARC staff and activities planned and sponsored by the Peer Mentor Ohaha (PMO), RIO Affiliated with ARC. Join us at ARC Wellness in fostering a campus community where self-care and success thrive together!

ARC

Wellness Sessions

– To reduce challenges and prevent future problems and issues.

Meditation Room / Online meditation sessions

Learn a relatively unique, simple and quite effective form of meditation to increase the level of positivity and success in your life. The technique is flexible and can be applied outside of the meditation space. Descriptions of the experience include calming, uplifting, motivating and joyful. Make an Academic Coaching appointment with Rosie and indicate ‘Meditation’ in the Appointment Comment section.

PMO Activities

– To build a supportive community where students feel connected, encouraged, and empowered throughout their academic journey.
