Kendi Ho, Ph. D. is a Direct Care Worker Analyst at Center on Aging at University of Hawai‘i and a Research Associate subcontractor at SBPE, LLC. Her research focuses on mixed methods in perceptions of (un)successful cross-cultural interpersonal communication with older adults. She has extensive experience in workforce development through (a) transitioning multilingual immigrants at Community Schools for Adults to entry level health careers through Community College and (b) evaluating the state Career Technical Education programs of study at secondary and post-secondary levels.
