Bio
Tammy assists colleagues develop and implement data collection protocols, comply with research and evaluation best practices, secure IRB approval and data sharing agreements, manage and analyze data, develop presentations and reports, and disseminate findings. Prior to joining the University, Tammy was a Research Statistician in the Hawaii Department of Health where she worked in the Executive Office on Aging, Epidemiology Branch, and Office of Health Status Monitoring. A former member of the Hawaii Health Data Warehouse Advisory Committee, State Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Board, and Statewide Fall Prevention Consortium, Tammy currently volunteers with the American Statistical Association and Statistics Without Borders.
