  • Group Visit Experience Time and Date Offerings
    Mānoa currently offers Group Visit Experiences on each Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Visits can begin as early as 8:30 am and need to be completed no later than 12:30 pm. Visits will be offered during the fall semester until December 12, 2019.

  • Group Attendance
    Mānoa requires a minimum of 10 guests to reserve a Group Visit Experience and can accommodate no more than 60 guests in a single visit. If you have fewer than 10 students, please book a Campus Visit Experience by following this link.

    9:05 am - 9:15 am - Walk to Presentation Room
    9:15 am - 9:45 am - Admissions Session
    9:45 am - 10:00 am - Bathroom Break
    10:00 am - 11:00 am - Campus Walking Tour
    11:00 am - 11:15 am - Walk to Residence Halls
    11:15 am - 12:00 pm - Residence Hall Tour
    12:00 pm - 12:15 pm - Walk to Pick-Up
    12:15 pm - 12:30 pm - Departure from Mānoa

  • Language Accommodations
    All Campus Group Visit Experiences are conducted in English. Groups are welcome to provide an independent translator on their own.

  • Elementary and Middle School Requests
    For all requests for students below high school please contact Adrianne Guerero at

    *Please note that completion of this form is NOT a confirmed reservation. The Office of Admissions will contact you to confirm your request or to request additional dates that you may be available. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your request.

    Requests must be submitted at least one (1) week prior to the selected date of visit.

Build Your Own Group Visit Experience

Select options to build your Group Visit Experience.

An information session about Mānoa including facts about campus life, admissions requirements and scholarship information led by an Admissions Counselor. Offered prior to walking campus tour. (30-45 Minutes)

A guided campus walking tour throughout Mānoa led by a Campus Tour Guide. The tour will highlight a handful of the most important locations and iconic buildings at Mānoa. (60 Minutes)

A guided tour of Mānoa’s freshman Residence Halls and dining areas. (60 Minutes)

An information session from the National Student Exchange department. Students will learn about study away opportunities in the United States, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands while studying at Mānoa. This is best suited for local Hawaiʻi students. (20-25 Minutes)

An information session to learn more about the services and opportunities available for Native Hawaiian Students at Mānoa led by Native Hawaiian Student Services. (20-25 minutes)

Visit Mānoa’s Campus Bookstore to explore UH gear, collegiate books, and other fun campus-related items. This will be the final stop on the walking tour and guests will visit the bookstore independently of a Campus Tour Guide.
