- Guests can also consider the “Lincoln Hall Guest House” at the East-West Center, located at a short walking distance from the Symposium venue. To make a reservation, please fill out Housing Visitor Request Form and submit it to the EWC Housing office via email:<Housing@eastwestcenter.org>. Due to limited availability of the rooms, it is recommended to make a reservation at the earliest convenience.
Transportation:
Option 1 (free transportation service):
The guests will be provided with the shuttle transportation between their hotel and the Symposium venue for free of charge by Alex Aloha Tour. The shuttle service is provided with the following schedule:
March 15:
– Pick up at hotel: 8.00 am – 8.10 am
– drop off at hotel: 7.30 am – 7.45 pm
March 16:
– Pick up at hotel: 7.35 am – 7.45 am
– drop off at hotel: 7.45 pm – 8.00 pm
March 17:
– Pick up at hotel: 8.00 am – 8.10 am
– drop off at hotel: To be announced

This particular service charge is the subject of negotiations with this vendor and beyond the abilities of the Symposium team. You can use this service for touring the Island at your convenience and for transport between the airport and your hotel as desired.
