Ka'ie'ie Student Ambassadors
Hi! My Name is Daisha Jackson. I was born in California and raised in Hawai’i. I just graduated from Leeward Community College with my A.A in Liberal Arts. Fall 2017 will be my first year at Manoa as a transfer student. My goal is to graduate from Manoa in two years with my B.A in Communications. With my spare time I volunteer at a non-profit organization called Life360 that works with at-risk youth in Hawai’i as a Jr. Life Coach. I also love to dance, hike, swim at the beach, eat, and hang out with my loved ones.
Aloha! My name is Maxx Taga. I was born and raised in Kaneohe. I will be starting my junior year as a Civil Engineering Major this fall at Manoa, after successfully transferring through the Ka'ie'ie program. I enjoy gardening, reading and watching a ton of television. When I am not busy with classes, my internship, and research, I will be dolling out helpful information in regards to the Ka'ie'ie transfer process. Feel free to come on by and have a chat.
Aloha, my name is Kimberly Garcia. I was born in Mexico, raised in California and move to Hawai'i about 3 years ago. I started my college journey at California State University of Northridge before moving to Hawaii, attending Leeward CC, and eventually UH Mānoa. I am currently working on my BA in Human Resources Management. In my free time I like to hike, run, and try new foods. I look forward to helping you through your UH journey.
