The Student Success Center is happy to assist RIO’s in their fundraising efforts by providing a space for student organizations to set up within Sinclair Library.

There are two forms needed to hold a fundraiser at Sinclair through SSC. These forms are done in addition to, and not in place of, all required paper work for Student Life & Development.

1.  RIO Fundraiser Request FormPlease submit the online RIO Fundraiser Request Form at least ten (10) business days prior to your event. It does not constitute a formal commitment by the Student Success Center and Sinclair Library to host the event. Your event will be considered formalized when the signed Acknowledgement Form has been received by our office.

2. RIO Acknowledement Form: A signed RIO Acknowledgement Form must also be faxed, scanned & emailed, or turned in at the Student Success Center’s Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your event.


Once both of these forms have been received your RIO will be in a formal agreement with the Student Success Center. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Miles Trudo at or (808) 956-9431.
