The Student Success Center is happy to assist RIO’s in their fundraising efforts by providing a space for student organizations to set up within Sinclair Library.
1. RIO Fundraiser Request Form: Please submit the online RIO Fundraiser Request Form at least ten (10) business days prior to your event. It does not constitute a formal commitment by the Student Success Center and Sinclair Library to host the event. Your event will be considered formalized when the signed Acknowledgement Form has been received by our office.
2. RIO Acknowledgement Form: A signed RIO Acknowledgement Form must also be faxed, scanned & emailed, or turned in at the Student Success Center’s Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your event.
3. Request to Serve/Sell Food on Campus Form: Students that will be serving or selling food for their fundraiser at the Student Success Center must have this form signed by all appropriate parties at the time of submitting their RIO Fundraiser Request Form.
