Numbered Worksheet

Numbered above is a Rollover worksheet format. There are a few differences in the Final Edit and Pre-Census sheets that will be mentioned below.

  1. Print. “Y” or “N”  indicates if the section will be visible on class availability.
  2. The Course Reference Number will be different from last year’s course information.
  3. Subject.
  4. Course.
  5. Section.
  6. Grp Code. If a course is crosslisted, we will add a code.
  7. Group Max. The cap set for all sections in a crosslisting. If a section max is not yet full but the group max is, students will not be able to register.
  8. Section max. The enrollment capacity.  Pre-Census worksheets will have an additional column showing the current enrollment.
  9. Course title. This field just shows the course title in Catalog and cannot be changed.
  10. A course with variable credits can be fixed to one value within its range.
  11. Days. Or “TBA”
  12. Start Time.
  13. End Time.
  14. Building. On rollover worksheets, leave blank to request a general classroom.
  15. Room.
  16. The instructors id or username AND their name.
  17. List the Majors, Classes, Degrees, or Colleges you want to restrict registration to.
  18. Required approval. Department or Instructor.
  19. The Grade Mode. Defaults to the option specified in Catalog.
