Editorial Board

 

The Editorial Board is charged with selecting the student works to be published in each issue of the journal. Editorial Board members work closely with the journal Editor, Honors Program staff, and selected Honors student members in the publication course or who volunteer their time to the journal. Student articles and creative works are selected via a democratic process, striving to meet journal goals in terms of representation across disciplinary groupings, aiming for broad selection of works that collectively represent the nature and scope of undergraduate-driven or undergraduate participation in academic research and creative work at UH. The Editorial Board consists of faculty members from both the Honors Faculty and outside the Honors Program. Board members collectively represent a variety of disciplinary homes, and their research should collectively employ different modes of research practices (eg. laboratory research, creative productions, experiential learning, surveys, and international fieldwork). Editorial Board members serve a renewable 2-year term.
