About the Environmental Studies Program

The Environmental Studies Program at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa offers opportunities for individually designed courses of study under the Interdisciplinary Studies Program of the Colleges of Arts and Sciences. The program offers two options: a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Major Equivalent in Environmental Studies or a Certificate in Environmental Studies to augment other academic majors. The Environmental Center of the University serves as the coordinator and student advisor for the Environmental Studies program.
