Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Yoga is for every-body and this class is open to all levels and physical ability. Vinyasa Flow Yoga weaves asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing) into a rhythmic, conscious, and dynamic practice. Each movement is linked to a breath bringing you into full awareness of yourself. Flowing from moment to moment with mindful awareness, you will increase your strength and flexibility, quiet your thoughts, and open yourself up to the endlessness that is within you. Fusing Iyengar based alignment with an Ashtanga inspired practice, and Vinyasa Flow sequencing for a challenging yet healing yoga experience.
