Ben Holland is a manager of Rocky Mountain Institute’s Urban Transformation Team, which guides local governments on transportation investments to reduce emissions. His work has involved consulting on urban mobility, electric vehicle infrastructure, bus electrification strategies, and emissions reduction through land use reform. Holland previously served as Director of Deployment Policy and Strategy at Securing America’s Future Energy (SAFE).
