Program Costs per Student
Minimum 14 student participants for the following rates:
UH Dormitory Housing: $800.00 p/person p/week
Hotel Housing: $800.00-865.00 p/person p/week (depending on hotel rates)
Please contact the program manager for details. Cost may vary depending on group size, housing and the specific program you request. We are able to accommodate smaller groups, but the cost will likely be higher per person. Groups of 20 or more may cost less per person. These costs do not include requested additional activities outside of the regular program. The program cost will likely change every year, as associated costs continue to change. Please be sure to confirm the program cost with the program manager.
Payment in full is required prior to arrival and the commencement of the program. Once your schedule has been set and confirmed, the program manager will send you an invoice. The payment due date will be stated on the invoice.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation fees are charged only when the program cancellation incurs fees from a vendor. This happens most often for housing arrangements. Please check with the program manager about the cancellation policy for your housing situation.
Partial or full refunds for individual students who cancel participation due to emergencies (illness, injury, death in the family) may be given at the discretion of the program manager. The amount of the refund will depend on many factors, but we will return the maximum amount possible at the time of the cancellation.
