Lodging Information

Conference attendees are responsible for their own lodging arrangements. Some hotel suggestions are provided below as a courtesy. Book early!

Lincoln Hall is located on the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa campus within walking distance of the WNAR conference venue. If you would like to stay at Lincoln Hall, please contact:

East West Center Housing Office
1711 East West Road
Honolulu, HI 96848
Phone: 808-944-7805
Email: housing@eastwestcenter.org

The room setting in Lincoln Hall is as follows:
Standard Studio Room: 1 double/full size bed, can accommodate single or double occupancy (if 2 people, mainly for couples who can share a bed), $52 per night.

Corner Studio Room: 2 double/full size beds, can accommodate up to 4 adults with 2 people sharing a bed, $64 per night.

1 bedroom with Kitchen: 1 Queen size bed, can accommodate up to 4 adults, but there is only 1 bed in the room, $74 per night.

A rollaway bed can be added to the Standard Studio and 1 bedroom with Kitchen for an additional $12 per night but the rollaway beds are extremely limited so I wouldnʻt count on them if you need additional beds. The rollaway cannot be put in a Corner Studio.

More information about the East-West Center Lincoln Hall can be found here.

If you are interested in hotel room sharing, please select the sharing hotel room box when you register for the conference.

A variety of hotels with various budgets are available in Waikiki. The following is a link to the hotels. Please book it early as June is a busy time for tourists in Honolulu. Unfortunately, no special group rates are available for the WNAR/IMS Conference this year.
