             Welcome to the web site of the Pacific Basin Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (PBRRTC).  Although we do not provide direct services, our activities are designed to benefit people with disabilities (e.g., deaf, hard-of-hearing, visually-impaired, or other physical disabilities; and those with mental or emotional health needs).
