SUBJECT:
Elevator Upgrades at Bilger

CONTRACTOR:

All Maintenance Repair

SCOPE OF WORK:

The contractor will be installing a new elevator in the empty shaft at Bilger.  This work will occur from Tuesday, January 17th 2023 thru mid-March 2023.  After the elevator is operational the contractor will refurbish the existing elevator at Bilger.  This work will occur from mid-March to mid-June 2023.

EFFECTIVE DATES:

01/17/2023 - 06/15/2023

HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION:

6:00am thru 5:00pm

ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL (ACM) ABATEMENT:

None

ACCESSIBLE ROUTES:

No accessible routes are affected by this work.

ADVISORY:

All persons in the vicinity of this construction are advised to respect all barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to repair work (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this construction.
