SUBJECT:
Miller Hall - Exterior painting and general repairs
CONTRACTOR: Index Builders
SCOPE OF WORK: Painting, concrete repairs, lead paint abatement will be performed in and around Miller Hall. Grinding, chipping and power washing activities will be performed that create noise. Painting materials have odors that dissipate once paint is dry. Lead paint abatement activities will be controlled by a specialized contractor responsible for containment and clean up.
EFFECTIVE DATES:
08/31/2020 - 10/30/2020
HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION: 6:30am - 5:30pm
ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL (ACM) ABATEMENT: No asbestos materials will be disturbed
ACCESSIBLE ROUTES: No accessible routes are affected by this construction project.
ADVISORY: All persons in the vicinity of this construction project are advised to respect all construction barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to construction (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this project.
