Please join us for a special talk by Mr. Shinichi Maehara, retired executive director of Okinawa Television Broadcasting Company, on Sunday, December 18, 4pm at the UH Architecture Auditorium.  Mr. Maehara produced an award-winning documentary series called Sekai Uchinanchu Kikō (Uchinanchu Worldwide) that aired in Okinawa from 1987 until 2004.  This series featured interviews with many Uchinanchu around the world, including some here in Hawaii.  It is currently being aired here on Nippon Golden Network (NGN).  Please click here to see event flyer for details of the talk.
