There will be a webinar co-organized by the Center for Okinawan Studies (COS) 
and the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate School (OIST).
Titled, “Thinking of Science Education in Okinawa and Hawai‘i,” this webinar explore the significance of higher education in Okinawa; the history and impact of OIST in Okinawa; OIST viewed from a student perspective; and opportunities for partnership between Okinawa and Hawai‘i.

It will be held on February 23, Wednesday, 3:00-4:30 pm (Hawaii Time) / February 24, Thursday, 10:00 – 11:30 am (Japan Time).
