PRESENTATION: You will present for approximately 15 minutes (either by yourself or with others, as you indicate in your submission) and your presentation will be assembled by NHSS with two other presentations in a one hour time block (leaving 15 minutes for Q&A.)
PANEL: You and your group/team will have a dedicated one hour time block to be moderated and arranged by those indicated in the submission. You will need to identify who is the point person for the panel presentation.
POSTER: You will prepare a poster to be printed (NHSS can help you lay it out and pay for it!) and showcased at the conference. You are expected to be with your poster to mingle with participants during the poster session time slot.
GRADUATE STUDENT ROUNDTABLE THINK SESSION: Students will offer a thought piece, like an in-draft concept paper or project (such as graduate thesis!) and will seek feedback and dialogue from a faculty moderator and other graduate students. Four “thought pieces” per one hour block, similar to an “elevator pitch” by student, as well as conversation and Q&A time.
Complete the call for proposal submission below by the priority deadline of February 1st, 2021. For questions, contact lhrccon@hawaii.edu.
