A delegation from the Federated States of Micronesia Congress will be visiting Hilo to meet with FSM students and citizens. The meeting for FSM students will be on Wednesday, August 24, 3 – 5 p.m., followed by the meeting with FSM citizens from 5 – 7 p.m. Both meetings will be held at the Pacific Islander Student Center on the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo campus, located in Campus Center 307.

The delegation wishes to meet with FSM students and citizens to hear their concerns. The delegation will include the FSM Congress Chair of Education, Senator Joseph Urusemal of Yap, Committee Member Paliknoa Welley of Kosrae, and two others (one from Pohnpei and one from Chuuk). The FSM Acting Consul General in Honolulu and a legal staff member will also be present and will be available for notary public services.

All FSM students and citizens are welcome and encouraged to attend. Free parking is available on campus after 4 p.m.
