Leeward Community College's Culinary Arts Program offers the spring 2011 Chef Showcase Dinner on Friday, April 8 at The Pearl, Leeward's fine dining restaurant. The evening features students of the Special Events Class with Chef Instructors Linda Yamada, Ian Riseley, David Millen, Michael Scully and Don Maruyama.
Seating begins at 6 p.m. Tickets are $60 dinner; $75 with wine pairings.
