        2. How do we develop educational and vocational counseling that recognizes the value of a student’s proficiency in languages in addition to English? How do we
          ensure that their educational and career pathways take into account the need to continue developing their language proficiency as a lifelong process. Think about engagement with school communities — office staff, custodians, other teachers, administrators, etc.
