Overview:

Monash University is a premier research-intensive Australian university ranked among the top 100 universities in the world by the Times Higher Education World University Rankings. The institution is also a member of Australia’s prestigious Group of Eight (Go8). Established in 1998, Monash – Malaysia is the third largest campus of Australia’s largest university and the first foreign university campus in Malaysia that operates in partnership with the Sunway Education Group. Bordering Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia, Malaysia is considered the crossroads of Asia and allows students to travel to multiple countries while studying abroad.  The university has approximately 8,000 students from 70 different countries.

For those who are particularly adventurous, Monash allows students to do one semester in Malaysia, followed by one semester in Australia. Only one application is needed to apply for both. (Source: Monash University ” Welcome to Monash” 2018)
