Mānoa Executive Team (MET)
Background and Purpose
The Mānoa Executive Team is designed to serve as an advisory council for the Mānoa Chancellor's Office.
The Council recognizes the distinction between executives, who have a management and leadership responsibility, and representative governance groups, who speak on behalf of constituencies. The Mānoa Executive Team will be made up of executive leaders that report directly to Vice Chancellors and have primary administrative and management authority on the campus. The focus of the MET is on administration and management.
The Executive Team will meet monthly, with quarterly meetings jointly with the Mānoa Governance Council. Minutes and Agendas will be publicly posted.
Membership
Membership to include appropriate direct reports to the Vice Chancellors, with the following as standing membership:
The Chancellor will chair the meeting, Vice Chancellors and appropriate staff will also attend. Vice Chancellors are responsible for extending invitations to other direct reports as appropriate to the specific Meeting Agenda.
