The cultures of the Portuguese speaking world are presented throughout the courses.  Students who wish to continue studying Portuguese at the advanced level may arrange an individualized program at a university in Brazil, Portugal or another Portuguese-speaking country through the UHM Study Abroad Program (See Prof. Chandler in Moore Hall 484).
