Live Healthy… Work Well is a unique program that aims to help people with diabetes stay healthy and working.  Our website is designed to provide information about our program to people with diabetes and employers interested in participating in this project.

Live Healthy… Work Well is a Demonstration to Maintain Independence and Employment (DMIE) Grant funded by the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to the State of Hawaii Department of Human Services, facilitated by the University of Hawaii at Manoa Center on Disability Studies.
