Request Work - UH Mānoa Landscaping
This guide is intended for users who are authorized and have set up their AiM WorkDesk. If you are not authorized to request work, please contact your campus facilities and operations office for assistance. The work coordination center can be reached at email@example.com or see Facilities Management FAQ's for more information.
If you would like to participate in our plant rental program, please follow the steps below to request work and refer to this plant rental fee schedule for a list of rental prices.
Click on the "eFacilities AiM Website" link in the left hand column of this page. A lot of info on the AiM program can be found on their homepage.
Login using the green "Login to AiM" button on the top-right corner of the page. Enter your UH Username and Password in the respective fields and click the "Login" button.
From your AiM WorkDesk find the "Menu" heading and click on the "Customer Service" link.
Under the same "Menu" heading, click on the "Customer Request" link. This will bring you to the Customer Request form. Open a new form by clicking on the image of the blank sheet of paper in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Fill in the required red fields. Please provide as much information as possible including specific location, a contact with a phone number and email, as well as problem code.
Click the floppy disk icon in the upper-right hand corner of the form to save the request and send it to the Work Coordination Center. If not all required fields have been filled you cannot save or submit the request.
Follow-up on the status of work orders with the Work Coordination Center or with the department to which the work order was delegated (if known).
