Gear Up
Gear-up Social: The event is to introduce the FHS students to various student organizations, and in general, college student life.
Katipunan’s Role (According to Isa): We'd like to have your group, Katipunan, participate by taking part in activities, tabling for your organization, and interacting with the students. One main request is that your group does a 5-8 minute presentation so that the students can gain a better understanding of your organization. We'd also like the presentation be somewhat like a skit of 'a day in the life of a Katipunan college student' or something similar. We mainly want the students to gain information about your organization, but in a fun and creative way. The ice-breakers will actually be led by some of the FHS students, and so we only ask that you help participate in them. During the scavenger hunt we ask that you just help the students find particular places on campus.
We're expecting about 50 FHS students for this event.
FOOD
They will be able to provide food for the event. Unfortunately, they can only provide food for about 4-5 people from each student org (therefore only 4-5 people from our specific org can get food).

As agreed upon at the meeting , we will meet at 10am outside of George Hall to help set-up from 1030-11am.

11am – FHS students arrive at UHM
11am-11:05am – Welcome
11:05am-11:20am – Icebreaker activities with FHS and UHM students
11:20am-12:15pm – Presentations/Skits by UHM organizations

12:15pm-1pm – Lunch/tabling by UHM organizations
1pm-1:45pm – UHM Scavenger hunt
