April 8, 2009 - Gear Up Social Date Change

Magandang Gabi Po sa inyong lahat,

Sorry for my long absence. Over the past few days, I've received email about your availability and interest in participating in the twice rescheduled Gear-up Social. Well, the GOOD news is that we will once again be participating in the Gear-Up Social this coming Saturday, April 18 from 11am-2pm at the Manoa campus.

Again, the same format follows:

Activities: Ice-breaker, UHM RIO presentations (presentation of our organization through a skit or presentation of our Promo Video), Scavenger Hunt (we will be assisting the Farrington HS students in searching for various buildings and spots on campus)
** as mentioned before, community service will be provided upon request and lunch for about 4-5 people from each organization.

In summary:

When: SATURDAY, APRIL 18
Where: UH Manoa Campus
Time: 11am - 2pm
