Last reminders for Conference Volunteers!
MGA PAALALA (reminders)...
Volunteers, don't forget to check-in at the registration table (preferably 5-10 mins.) before your shift starts---there will be a designated check-in person waiting at the registration table to receive you.
Special events committee, failure to check-in may result in no participation points, so make sure you check-in.
If you haven't done so yet, attached are the documents of the conference/volunteer schedule, description of roles & duties. Please print out for your info.
* DailyVolSked_updated.xls - displays volunteer times, tasks
* Conference&Volunteer_Schedule.doc - displays volunteer assignments
* MODERATORGUIDELINES.doc - for timekeepers/workshop moderators
* VOLUNTEER_TASKS.doc - for all other volunteers: set-up, breakfast, lunch, roaming, clean-up, etc.
