Each registration includes:

  • Access to all technical sessions;
  • Lunch, coffee/tea breaks on all three days;
  • Banquet dinner. Please indicate on the registration form if you have special dietary requirements;
  • Free wifi access in the meeting venue.

Registration Policy

  • All authors need to register by June 17 2016 to have their papers be included in the conference proceeding.
  • One full registration is required for every accepted paper. An author with multiple papers needs one registeriton for every paper.
  • A valid student ID or other proof of full-time student status is required to pick-up the registration onsite.

Refund Policy

  • All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than August 3, 2016. Requests received by August 3 will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be processed for cancellations after August 3, 2016.
  • For those who pay by credit card, refunds can only be processed to the credit card to which the original charge was made. Processing of therefunds may take over 30 days.
  • All foreign visitors desiring to enter the United States must have a valid passport. Follow this link for Visa Information. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full if you meet the following two conditions.
    • You inform us in writing no later than August 3, 2016.
    • You are not an author of any paper.
    In case that you are an author and your visa application is denied, one full registration is still required to have your paper be included in the conference proceeding, and you may transfer your registration to another person after obtaining written approval from the general co-chairs.
